Registration for spring and summer camps run by the Fairfax County Park Authority starts on Feb. 3 for locations in the Annandale/Mason District area.

That includes the Audrey Moore and Providence rec centers, Hidden Oaks Nature Center, Lake Accotink, and other sites.

There are camps on nature, baseball, drama, basketball, tennis, soccer, cooking, art, and much more. There are also virtual camps focusing on technology.

Some of the new summer camps in 2026 include animation creation, live game show challenges, Olympic chess, circus arts, soap and candle making, K-pop dance, toy and gadget design, Minecraft architects, robotics brick master, junior gardeners, and glow-in-the-dark art.

Most camps run for five days. Costs range from about $145 to $369. Several camp sites, including Audrey Moore and Providence, offer extended care from 8-9 a.m. or 4-5 p.m. for $40 a week.
