Suspects arrested for assault, robbery

County Police officers from the Mason police station arrested two men recently
– one for assault and disorderly conduct and another for robbery.
Officers
responded to a complaint about a man who was allegedly panhandling, being aggressive
toward customers, and assaulted an employee at a convenience store in Landmark
Plaza at 9:14 p.m. on Aug. 2. The suspect actively resisted arrest, but
officers were able to take him into custody.

Justin Demumbreum, 37, of no fixed
address, was arrested, transported to the Adult Detention Center, and charged
with assault, disorderly conduct, drunk in public, trespassing, and possession
of marijuana.

3, just before 1 a.m., a man was on his phone in the 6000 block of Bellview
Drive in the Culmore area when he was approached by four men who allegedly
threatened violence and demanded money. He fled
and the suspects followed him.

Police arrested Juan Daniel Marves,
22, of Falls Church. He was charged with robbery.

We need to build a wall and close the borders. We also need to stop opening the doors of the Mason District to everyone. Spread the wealth to the rest of the county.
