New affordable, youth soccer club serves Seven Corners

Residents of Annandale’s ‘opportunity neighborhoods’ work on action plans

New grant program will aid childcare centers, community organizations hurt by COVID
The Fairfax County Government Center. The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved a new $10 million grant program to help certain small businesses and community-based organizations hurt by the COVID-19 public health emergency. The program will be launched in late August.
More details emerge on future Annandale Civic Space
Community residents got a chance to explore the plans for the future Annandale Civic Space at a virtual meeting June 29. The new park will be at 7200 Columbia Pike between the ACCA Child Development Center and the Annandale Volunteer Fire Department.
