Brooks Place The Virginia Department of Transportation accepted Brooks Place into the state road system on March 11. That’s significant, because it would legitimize Brooks Place as the only way to access a by-right housing development under construction on Sleepy Hollow Road called Hudson Quarter.
New homes under construction in Lincolnia
If you’re looking to buy one of those large homes going up off Lincolnia Road, act fast; there’s only one left. Four of the five homes in Burnt Pine Estates sold within 45 days after they went on the market, says sales manager Lori Windsor of Craftmark Homes.
New townhouse development going up on Edsall Road
