Tenant sought for renovated building

This building is set up for a restaurant. [LoopNet]

A building undergoing renovations at 6499 Little River Turnpike in Lincolnia is available for lease.

The building had previously housed a series of restaurants but had been vacant for years. A restaurant would work well in the space, although the owner is open to another type of tenant.

The building is 2,801 square feet. The price is negotiable, says real estate broker Shadi Ayyoubi with Long & Foster. It is zoned C-5.

The owner, Jay Jasany, has completely gutted the building down to the studs. The renovation is expected to be completed in February, Ayyoubi says. Jasany also owns DNV Check Cashing on Little River Turnpike in Annandale.

The listing on LoopNet notes the building is strategically located on a corner lot with a dedicated turn lane for traffic going west on Little River Turnpike. The location has high visibility and a high traffic count.
