Tenants sought for new building in Annandale

The glass-walled building under construction on Little River Turnpike next to the building that housed the now-closed Palace Restaurant will have three tenants – most likely restaurants or retail shops.

The section at the rear of the building is expected to be a coffee shop, says owner Steve Lee. He is seeking tenants for other two storefronts. He expects the building to be completed this summer.

Lee, who also owns the Palace building, says the Korean restaurant chain Ebadom had a commitment to open its first U.S. franchise in that spot but the deal fell apart. The Palace closed in 2016.
