Monarch features traditional Ethiopan fare, such as doro
wat, lamb alcha, kitfo, tibs, and fish goulash, plus several vegan options with
a house-made meat substitute. There’s a lunch buffet Monday-Friday.

They need to put chicken on the buffet more often
LOVE Dama/Monarch! Soo glad their menu will be the same. Their vegetarian dishes are amazing & love that they have the buffet Mon- Fri.
I went in a Saturday night and it was completely dead, no one else was there. So I stepped out and went to Enat instead.
