Tobacco Lux opens in Annandale
Annandale’s newest vape shop, Tobacco Lux, is a family-owned business.
The store, at 7109 Columbia Pike, “meets all your smoking needs,” says the manager, who goes by A.J.
That includes vaporizers, vape juice, hookahs, vape pens, CBD products, kratom, water pipes, cigars, tobacco, cigarette-rolling machines. and more. Customers must be at least 21.
The new shop is located in a long-vacant building that was previously occupied by Loan Max.

Nothing says family more than a “family-owned” tobacco/vape/legalized synthetic drug establishment!
Yet another vape/tobacco store? This is getting to be like a comedy routine around here! The Christmas tree is a particularly comedic touch. Vape supplies are certainly top of mind when I think of Christmas gifts!
I thought the same thing about the Christmas tree. “Merry Christmas, how about some lung or throat cancer with your eggnog?”
Not a fan of this either, but you all need to understand how businesses work. They serve a demand, and clearly there’s a demand for for these in our area. So what does that tell you?

I don’t think that it certainly true. Customers will come from other areas to buy here bc they are allowed/welcomed to operate here. 🙁

Local business is a big part of what defines Annandale!
If Tobacco Lux flourishes it’s because our community values their products and appreciates their presence.
Obviously, vape/tobacco is becoming a more crowded and competitive space in Annandale, but the loss of payday/title loan hub is definitely progress.

If anyone hasn’t realized why there are so many vape shops opening up in the area, it’s because they are attempting to position themselves in the market so they can convert to cannabis once sales in VA become legal. Which I believe is within the next 2 years.
