Cleanup next Saturday morning, April 12, and help your neighbors collect litter
and make our community shine!

You don’t have to register in advance—just show up at the
parking lot of George Mason Regional Library at 9 a.m. There will be trash bags, gloves, and water.

It’s a great activity for civic associations, Scout groups,
service clubs, and businesses. If high school students need some community service
hours, this is an easy way to get that done.
The cleanup is organized by Helen Winter, beautification
chair for the Annandale Central Business District Planning Committee. Last
year, about 50 volunteers collected 70 bags of trash.
