We need sponsors and volunteers to step up for a successful Taste of Annandale

The line for beer at last year’s Taste of Annandale.

Planning is well underway for the 2025 Taste of Annandale.

This family-friendly street festival is Sept. 20, 10:30 a.m.-6 p.m., at the Eileen Garnett Civic Space, at 7200 Columbia Pike between the ACCA Child Development Center and the Annandale Volunteer Fire Department.

To ensure this event will be as successful as the 2024 Taste of Annandale, we need sponsors, vendors, and volunteers to step up.

If you’re interested in helping to plan the Taste of Annandale, the Annandale-Mason Roundtable invites you to a meeting on Thursday, June 5, at American Legion Post 1976, at 4206 Daniels Ave., in Annandale.

Come to the meeting if you’re interested in volunteering, signing on as a sponsor or vendor, have some ideas to share, or just want to know what it’s all about.

The Taste of Annandale draws thousands of residents to enjoy food, cultural performances, children’s activities, games, art, and much more. We’re also bringing back the 5K run in a new format, the pet contest, and chili cookoff.

The Annandale-Mason Roundtable is considering some new activities, such as a petting zoo and an eating contest. What other fun things can we add to the Taste of Annandale?

If you have a business or organization, joining the Taste of Annandale as a sponsor is a great way to attract new customers, publicize your brand, show your commitment to the community, and demonstrate your product.

Several levels of sponsorships are available. Visit the sponsor page on the Taste of Annandale website to learn more. Access the application here.

Vendor spaces are filling up fast, but we still have room for more. Visit this page for information and an application for food vendors and food trucks.

Non-food vendors can learn more and access an application form here. Businesses selling food not for immediate consumption are considered non-food vendors. We have a new category this year with a reduced price for crafters and artists.

Join the Taste of Annandale and be part of a fun event that celebrates a vibrant and diverse community.

  1. Is the meeting Tuesday June 3 or Thursday June 5 and what time? If we can’t make it will there be an information sheet to learn about opportunities to volunteer?
