She didn’t display a weapon but the note threatened to harm the teller if they didn’t comply.

She took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled before police arrived. No one was injured.

Detectives identified her car, a 2017 Honda Civic, located the registered driver’s residence, and arrested Vicky Vien Phung, 36, of Alexandria.

Phung was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center and charged with robbery. She is being held on no bond.

  1. She should have sold that 2017 civic instead. Buy a 2012 civic and make it rain with the windfall. Now we’re all stuck with the bill to house her in jail for 2 nights before she’s out on a no cash bond.
