  1. Will this blog report on how the alleged offender’s charge of public drunkenness and possibly other crimes (considering the loss of life resulting from the automobile crash) are adjudicated by the Fairfax County criminal justice system; or is this blog simply going to only post this slightly revised press release by the Fairfax County Police Department?

Are the readers of this blog supposed to feel better because someone was arrested without knowing whether the accused will be punished (and if so, the extent of the punishment) for this alleged crime?

Does the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney office not put out press releases or answer questions from local blog reporters?
