The building is on a 1.37-acre parcel zoned C-3 with 128 parking spaces. It is about three-quarters leased. Rents are $22 to $25 per square foot.

Tenants include Foundation Fitness of Annandale, Paramount Tax & Accounting, Alexandria Podiatry Associates, Orthopedic Physical Therapy of Northern Virginia, Dr. Kong Surk Park chiropractor, and Top Travel.

According to Fairfax County tax records, Sechel Properties LLC purchased the property in 2011 from Raye LLC for $5.4 million. The total assessed value of the building and land is $3.949 million.
