Annandale restaurant rebranded as K Chicken

Restaurateur Eddie Ryu wants the public to know his restaurant has a new name, but the food has not changed.
K Chicken, located at 6653-H Little River Turnpike in the Willow Run retail center in Annandale, was formerly known as Chi Mc.
The restaurant still focuses on fried chicken – wings, drumsticks, and strips – with soy garlic, sweet chili, or spicy sauce – with the same recipe as before.

K Chicken offers much more, though, including an expanding variety of Korean dishes, including bulgogi, tteok-bok-ki, japchae, Korean army stew, udon, and ramen.
There’s also beer, soju cocktails, Korean wine, and sake.
Ryu, who’s run the restaurant since 2019, recently upgraded the interior by improving the layout and décor, and adding a huge TV screen for watching sports.
K Chicken offers lunch specials until 3 p.m. and happy hour beer specials until 5 p.m.
The restaurant is open 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m. on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday; 11:30 a.m.-12 a.m. on Friday and Saturday; and 3-10 p.m. on Wednesday. It’s closed on Tuesdays.
This was the BonChon franchise before they left and a Bonchon franchise started in the Giant shopping center and burned down, and now a smaller Bonchon opened still in the Giant shopping center.
I occasionally still go there (I did when Bonchon was burned before the new one reopened). Tasty chicken (very similar flavors, though I think enough difference to make it fun).
