Bailey’s Crossroads pastor charged with sending explicit photos to a minor
The senior pastor at a church in Bailey’s Crossroads has been charged with sending sexually explicit photos to a 15-year-old boy in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania State Police charged Kenneth Baldwin, of Crossroads Baptist Church, with several counts of indecent exposure, open lewdness, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor, according to the Magisterial Court in Dillsburg, Pa.
An article in the York Daily Record says police accused Baldwin, 47, of sending pictures of his genitals to a teen he met in November 2024 while visiting the boy’s church in Warrington Township to deliver a sermon.
The article says Baldwin and the teen messaged one another for more than a year, and the victim told police that Baldwin talked about “manhood” and a big “Johnson.”
Baldwin was arrested in June. When police interviewed him, he allegedly admitted to sending 15 photos of his genitals to the teen. Police think there might be other victims.
He was released from jail after paying $80,000 in bail. He faces a preliminary hearing on Aug. 18.
Baldwin is no longer mentioned on the Crossroads Baptist Church website, but an archived page says he has served as senior pastor since 2011. The church was founded by his father, Louis Baldwin.
