5 p.m. on July 27, the Fairfax County Police Department reports. The body was in advanced

If you think that it is racist to believe that MS-13 gang would kill someone you need to take the time to educate yourself. MS-13 is vicious and violent killers.

Yes, it is racist to discuss MS-13 in a case where there's no evidence: not MS-13 evidence, not any evidence of criminal activity.
Why did you pick on MS-13 Why not the mafia, or a white supremacist group, or any other set of gangs? Why even gang activity – since it was written and reported that there WAS NO EVIDENCE OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY? So yes, racist is the apt word to use.
I agree the guy is a moron, but honest question, what's racist about jumping to conclusions and assuming a violent gang is responsible for a death? Although the article clearly states there was no sign of criminal activity, I don't see how the statement is racist. MS13 kills people.
