Crabby Noodles opens in the Eden Center

Crabby Noodles, a new restaurant at the Eden Center in Seven Corners, offers Vietnamese and Cajun-style seafood with a focus on crab meat.

The restaurant, at 6795 Wilson Blvd., is in the former Mango Mango spot. The interior has been totally redone.

Menu highlights pointed out by co-owner Charlie Le include crabby pho; spicy lemongrass pho; and pho with lobster tail, snow crab legs, or beefsteak; and crabby fried rice with lobster tail and shrimp.

There’s also a build-your-own option; diners can select a seafood and sauce (non-spicy garlic butter or garlic butter and cajun ranging from mild to a “dynamite” spice level). Add-ons include corn, potato, sausage, egg, and rice.

Crabby Noodles does not use sodium glutamate (MSG), says Charlie Le. He and co-owner Tri Le also own a restaurant in Boston.
