  1. Suggestion for schools, local employers, ALL that are walking after dark, or scooters, bicycles riders. Wear WHITE, drivers cannot see pedestrians, scooters and bicycles.
How about schools and business owners running contests for the best/neatest signs that can be duplicated and posted in schools, businesses, home complexes, grocery stores, targets everywhere, showing wearing white after dark. Deliver to all residents.
That would be great for helping fewer driver – pedestrians hits, bicycle riders and scooter riders.
Empasize do not use phones while crossing streets, watch for vehicles.
Start in the classrooms — have contests!
