Fit Theorem offers kickboxing in Seven Corners

The former I Love Kickboxing studio in the Willston II Shopping Center in Seven Corners has been rebranded as Fit Theorem.

Before, the studio was solely focused on kickboxing. Now the program offers kickboxing combined with exercises aimed at weight loss, says instructor Maddie Staley.

Fit Theorem is catered more to people who want to lose weight, Staley says. The workouts are designed to burn fat. The company also sponsors a national six-week challenge with a top prize of $5,000.

Fit Theorem members get unlimited visits for $165 a month with a one-year commitment. Customers can also sign up for 13 classes a month for $145. Drop-in classes are $25 per class.

There are 19 Fit Theorem locations in eight states. The only other one in the D.C. metro area is on S. Picket Street in Alexandria.

  1. I used to go to the location on Pickett regularly pre-pandemic. I loved the courses and instructors–would highly recommend if you feel it is safe.
