Smith replaces Capt. Carol Wilhite, who’s only been Mason
Police commander since April 2013. According to a police department
spokesperson, the county’s new police chief, Col. Edwin Roessler Jr., is making
a lot of personnel changes. The Criminal Justice Academy serves the Fairfax County
Police Department, Sheriff’s Office, and Fire Marshal’s Office and the police
departments of Herndon and Vienna.

Thanks, Ellie. I noted this a month ago or so and have tried to reach the Captain to offer a tour of Lincolnia Park and the issues that we face. Do you have his contact info by any chance?
