Police officer arrested for DWI in Seven Corners

A Fairfax County police officer has been arrested for driving while intoxicated after he crashed into another vehicle on Route 50 near S. Manchester Street in Seven Corners on the night of Aug. 19.

Seven occupants from the other vehicle were taken to a nearby hospital and treated for minor injuries, the Fairfax County Police Department reports.

The officer, Justin Faison, was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs Bureau investigation.

Faison was assigned to the Mount Vernon Police Station. He was off duty and driving his personal vehicle when he was arrested. He was sworn in as an FCPD officer in 2022.

  1. He should be fired! Police officers should be AGAINST drunk driving, drugs and everything else illegal and he went against what officers stand for!
