Seven Corners Center to get a new restaurant

A new restaurant could open in the Seven Corners shopping center by the end of 2019 in the spot formerly occupied by the Fortune restaurant, says leasing manager Walter Minerbi, with Saul Centers.
Fortune closed earlier this year. Minerbi says there’s a lot of interest in the building, but no one has signed a lease yet. Renovations and the permit process could take several months.
Also, in the Seven Corners Center, a JP Morgan Chase Bank will move into the space formerly occupied by Capital One on Leesburg Pike, says property manager Lee Ann Feltman.
The Shoppers will be replaced by a Giant, but there’s no official announcement on when that will happen. In addition, Feltman says, the exterior of the shopping center will be painted, possibly in June, if the weather cooperates.
