Taste of Annandale raffle prize is a shirt signed by soccer great Wayne Rooney
RAMP Optimal Performance & Wellness, a fitness studio in Annandale and a Silver Sponsor of the Taste of Annandale, is hosting a drawing for a shirt signed by DC United manager and former English soccer star Wayne Rooney.
Buy tickets at the RAMP table at the Taste of Annandale, Saturday, April 29, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., along Tom Davis Drive. The festival will be held rain or shine.
Raffle tickets are $20. All the proceeds will benefit the Annandale Volunteer Fire Department.

Rooney is considered one of the best soccer players of his generation. He scored 253 goals for Manchester United, making him the top goal-scorer for the team. He also holds the record for scoring the most goals for the England national football team. He won the England Player of the Year award four times.
RAMP trainers are also leading warmups and providing water and snacks for the Taste of Annandale 5K. Onsite registration and bib pickup for the 5K opens at 8:30 a.m. at the K Market parking lot on John Marr Drive. The race starts at 9:30.
