Tiger Sugar, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue open in Annandale

Tiger Sugar, L&L Hawaiian Barbecue, and Garden Social are now open at 4363 John Marr Drive in Annandale.

The three eateries share a large open space on the corner of the East Gate Shopping Center.

Diners order food from L&L – perhaps a barbecue chicken Hawaiian Plate Lunch or a Spam musubi – and a drink at the Garden Social bar, then stop by the Sugar Tiger window for a bubble tea for dessert.

Tiger Sugar is having a grand opening on Saturday, April 13. The first customers can get a free Hello Kitty cup or key chain while supplies last. There will also be a raffle for free boba for a year, says proprietor Jason Kim.

There’s a large dining space and projection screen inside the building plus more tables outdoors.

The shops are open daily noon-10 p.m. and close between 3 and 4 p.m.
