  1. wasn’t there a murder on the 29th at Fairmont Gardens. Why isn’t that in the police report this week ?

  2. I don’t understand this list. Does it mean these were reported and NO arrests were made or are they open cases?

  3. If there’s a city ordinance sign posted inside a residential building that says “no lighted tobacco products in the building” and that “violators will be fined”, but everyone who lives there ignores it and smokes pot indoors anyway, is it a crime to ignore the sign? Or is it o.k. to ignore the sign if everyone is cool with smoking lighted tobacco products indoors?
