Annandale Town Hall set for Nov. 13

The 2024 Taste of Annandale brought the community together for food and entertainment.

Following the success of the 2024 Taste of Annandale, the event’s umbrella organization, the Annandale-Mason Roundtable, is stepping up its involvement in other community activities.

The Roundtable invites the community to an Annandale Town Hall on Nov. 13, 6:30 p.m., at the Mason Government Center, 6507 Columbia Pike.

Everyone who was involved with the Taste of Annandale – sponsors, vendors, food vendors, volunteers, and attendees – plus everyone who lives in the community but didn’t attend – is encouraged to come to the Town Hall.

The Roundtable anticipates representatives from businesses, schools, PTAs, service organizations, and nonprofits will participate, as well as individuals.

The event will feature a discussion on what people consider the biggest issues in the community and offer an opportunity to brainstorm potential solutions.

Up to now, the Annandale-Mason Roundtable, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has had just one project – planning the Taste of Annandale. The organization is now broadening its scope to expand public engagement in other efforts to improve the community.

The Roundtable has also begun planning for the 2025 Taste of Annandale. Details to be determined.
