  1. Yeah, big surprise, we never see any cops around here unless there’s a car accident. Fairfax County doesn’t care about poor people. This is just poor on poor crime. And why would they care? Most of the victims don’t pay income taxes or vote.

    1. Facts, In the neighborhood i used to be in (Heritage Woods North Condominiums) My friends tires were stolen and literally took the police about 20 minutes to even arrive then took another 20 minutes to actually try and resolve the issue which led to up to them saying they couldn’t do nothing about the situation other than to hope to find the wheels again. The cops had such ignorant attitudes toward us (Me and my friend are Arab and the three cops were white) they didn’t do much to actually make a plan towards it and just helped us with loading the car on a tow, was very disappointing. Luckily I’ve moved out of Annandale and reside in Falls Church

      1. Oh, the world of difference between Falls Church and Annandale police. Finally, a place where stolen tire justice reigns supreme.

          1. That is because you have the City of Falls Church, more local control, and probably higher taxes. The FFX BoS of 9 Districts is a disaster. Too many in the kitchen, little gets done and they are constantly messing up the soup. No way to run a County and Mason District, for the attention needed is muted by a bunch of mutts that don’t have a clue what they are doing.

  2. Culmore is a hot mess. Hot messes spill over. There has been some posts about traffic calming. You got to be kidding, FCPD can’t keep you safe and folks around here think they are going to patrol our roadways for safety and speeding violations? Dream on, you are not in Kansas anymore.

      1. If I had to live in Culmore or Kansas, I would live in Kansas. Come to think of it, I can’t wait to move out of Northern Virginia.

  3. I forgot to mention, what about the leaves? The County can’t even do the simple things and you expect them to reduce crime?
