As if navigating Northern Virginia roads isn’t scary enough, Fairfax County Connector is rolling out its annual Halloween buses.

Three Fairfax Connector Spooky Buses will have a unique Halloween-themed wrap design.

ā€œFall and Halloween are my favorite times of year, so I love getting creative with the designs,ā€ said Nicole Daly, Fairfax Connector marketing specialist. ā€œBut the best part is seeing the excitement on the faces of kids and adults when they spot one of the buses rolling down the street. It’s really special knowing something I created can bring a little fun and joy to someone’s day.ā€

The wrapped buses will operate out of each of the Connector’s three bus facilities: Huntington, West Ox, and Herndon. They will travel on different routes daily so riders may find one pulling up at their stop – or passing by while they’re out and about.

Spooky Buses will also make appearances at events throughout Fairfax County this month, including Big Truck Night at Frying Pan Farm Park in Herndon on Oct. 16.
