New shops coming to Mosaic

New things keep happening at the Mosaic District in Merrifield.
BedHead PJs, a shop specializing in luxury pajamas, is expected to open in August at 2910 District Ave., in the former Lather skincare products store.
It’s the retailer’s second shop. The original BedHead PJs is in Manhattan.
Onelife Fitness is moving to the former Custom Ink space at 2910 District Ave., above True Food Kitchen and several retailers.
The 50,000 square-foot gym will have strength training, cardio workouts, four group fitness studios, boxing and cycle studios, red light and compression therapy, a sauna, cold plunge, hydro massage, and childcare. It’s expected to open in late 2026.

Onelife Fitness operates more than 70 gyms, including locations in the Skyline Center, Seven Corners, Ballston, Crystal City, Burke, Fairfax, Tysons, and Alexandria.
Mosaic already has two fitness studios – [solidcore] and Bash Boxing.
Pura Vida Miami, a health-conscious restaurant with a global footprint, is coming to the former Parc de Ville spot on Glass Avenue. There’s been a sign at the former Four Sisters restaurant for months announcing Hawkers Asian Street Food, although the restaurant isn’t listed on the Mosaic directory.
Ernesta, a shop offering custom-size rugs, has leased a storefront on District Avenue next to the Beaufort Bonnet Company. Ernesta has nine showrooms, including one in Bethesda.
The Washington Business Journal reports that Marine Layer has signed a lease at Mosaic. The shop, founded in San Francisco in 2010, sells casual cotton and linen clothing for men and women.
Also coming to Mosaic: The Tox Fairfax, a body sculpting studio that advertises “a transformative approach to wellness, blending body contouring modalities with proprietary methods to de-bloat and redefine.”
Love OneFitness and am excited to see another location opening up close by!
F45 is also in Mosaic. Best workout.
All this stuff is at a price point where the ordinary shopper can’t afford. And they duplicate the same or similar items already available at many stores. Give them one year and be gone. I wonder if a market analysis wax done encompassing a 5 mile and ten mile rady
Its Mosaic, the average person can’t afford it anyways.
Is the Salty still scheduled to open? I know they had some construction issues, but it feels like that place and Hawkers are never actually going to open.
