School bus crash sends students to hospital

Eight Luther Jackson Middle School students were taken to the hospital as
a precaution following a school bus accident in Annandale shortly before 3 p.m.
today, the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department tweeted.

None of the students have
serious injuries, and the driver of the car that collided with the bus has also
been taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The accident
happened at the Surrey Lane intersection.
