Student sexually assaulted at Annandale HS
A female juvenile was sexually assaulted inside Annandale High School this week, the Fairfax County Police Department reported on Jan. 12.
The assault happened near a stairwell. The victim was able to flee from the suspect, which stopped the assault, and she reported the incident to the school resource officer.
The suspect is a 17-year-old male student. He admitted to the assault during an interview with detectives.
On Jan. 12, detectives obtained and served petitions for the suspect for sexual assault and related felonies. He is currently being held at the Fairfax County Juvenile Detention Center.
Victim specialists from the FCPD Major Crimes Bureau’s Victim Services Division have been assigned to ensure the victim is receiving appropriate resources and assistance.

This is the way crime in school is supposed to ne handled. The boy isn’t at home or still in school and it’s the jurisdiction of the police and judiciary not the secretive school board.
