Sushi carryout place coming to hospital

nessInova Fairfax Hospital

Hissho Sushi Inc. is opening a carryout counter in January at Inova Fairfax Hospital, the Washington Business Journal reports.

The company also plans to open four more locations at other Inova hospitals.

The food at each Hissho Sushi location is made fresh on-site. The company offers unusual types of sushi, such as a “Cheetos Flamin’ Hot roll,” as well as standard rolls.

The company, based in Charlotte, N.C., provides prepared sushi for corporations, grocery stores, colleges, and other clients. It’s the second-biggest sushi provider in the U.S.

  1. If there’s one thing I crave while at the hospital, it’s sushi! Can’t wait to go let the flavors of spicy tuna roll and antiseptic cleaners blend on the palette!

  2. What is Hissho Sushi’s Michelin Star Rating? Does it serve only environmentally responsible and sustainable raised fish?

So excited, I love sushi, almost as much as I enjoy munching on a bowl of fresh, flash fried crickets for environmentally sustainable protein while watching the Sussex’s on Netflix share their tale of institutionalized racism and hierarchy because of their place in the UK’s anachronistic, unRoyal Family.

  3. This county is so unimaginative, caters to ethnic individuals far more than the mainstream, and doesn’t want to grow nor fix up the area with the exception of the Dulles/Tysons and “more wealthy Fairfax County” areas. How about the Landmark area……Landmark Plaza to be exact? Penny Gross, when are you going to retire? Without vision, not only do people perish, but property values to as well. High taxes, funding for more unnecessary parks, and bad roads……Penny Gross and Chairman Jeffrey McKay have no talent and have no business trying to “lead” any area.
