Suspect sought in indecent exposure cases

Indecent exposure incidents occurred on Knollwood Drive and Vista Drive in Culmore. [Google Maps]

The Fairfax County Police Department put out a sketch of a suspect believed to be involved in several indecent exposure cases in Bailey’s Crossroads.

The most recent incident happened Oct. 26, at 3 p.m., in the 6000 block of Knollwood Drive in the Culmore area. An adult man exposed himself to a juvenile. The victim ran away and was not harmed.

The suspect was described as white, 5 feet 10 inches tall, between the ages of 20 and 30, and wearing glasses.  

Detectives believe that suspect was also involved in other indecent exposure cases in the 6000 block of Knollwood Drive on Oct. 23 and in the 6000 block of Vista Drive in Culmore on Oct. 26, Aug. 20, and April 1.

Anyone who recognizes the man in the sketch or has other information about these incidents should call the FCPD’s Major Crimes Bureau at 703-246-7800, option 3, or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Solvers.

  1. They should target rideshare drivers to sign up for geographic alerts. They drive through the area all day long. Send a message when in the vicinity. BOLO

  2. Ugh! Right in my area. This sex offender must be captured immediately for terrorizing innocent citizens of Culmore by exposing himself multiple times. So unfair. >(
