New Annandale grocery store to open in May
K Market, the huge international supermarket under construction in the former Kmart on John Marr Drive in Annandale, is expected to open in May. The store will have a food court, a seafood section with live fish, a butcher shop, and much more.
Police believe series of recent commercial burglaries are linked
Kogiya was burglarized on Jan. 28. Fairfax County Police Department detectives believe 15 commercial burglaries across the county since Jan. 28 might be linked. Three of the burglaries were Annandale: Naz Food, Kogiya Korean BBQ, and the Han Gang Restaurant were hit on Jan. 28.

CVS expands COVID vaccination program to Northern Virginia
CVS to provide COVID vaccinations. [CVS] CVS Health has expanded its list of COVID-19 vaccination sites to 36 stores in Virginia, including stores in Fairfax, Alexandria, and Arlington, reports company spokesperson Amy Thibault. CVS has earlier announced plans to offer vaccinations in 11 states, including 28 stores in Virginia but not Northern Virginia.
