A dump truck overturned on the beltway southbound on Braddock in Annandale early Sunday morning, spilling 70 gallons of diesel fuel, the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department reports. One person was injured and taken to the hospital. Traffic was routed to the express lanes during the cleanup.
