Video shows a youth breaking into cars
A surveillance video shows a young man breaking into six or seven cars in broad daylight in the parking lot at the ACCA Child Development Center at 7200 Columbia Pike in Annandale a couple of weeks ago. Watch it on YouTube here.
The man took purses, cash, and a jacket, among other things, said CDC Executive Director Maria-Isabel Ballivian. The incident was reported to the police, but so far the suspect hasn’t been caught.
Lock your car doors and do NOT leave items in your car, even items that may not seem of much value to you. And that said, what kind of a jerk breaks into cars in child development center? Some people have no shame. I hope the police find this person and that is speedily convicted and tossed in jail.
