Night Watch offers after-hours healthcare for children

When kids get sick or hurt at night, Night Watch Urgent Care offers an alternative to the emergency room.

The facility, at 7263 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, in Graham Park Plaza, provides basic health services to patients from birth to age 25.

Night Watch is open 10 a.m.-midnight on weekdays and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on weekends.

The center recently celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting, although it’s been serving the community for months, says Monica Jovel, an HR specialist and manager.

Night Watch services include Covid and flu vaccines, lab tests, sutures, urine tests, X-rays, eye exams, ear irrigation, and sports physicals for students.

People can make an appointment or just drop in. There’s usually a 15 to 20-minute wait for walk-ins, Jovel says.

Night Watch accepts patients with and without health insurance. For those without insurance, the fees range from $140 for Covid, strep, or urine testing to $275 for abscess draining, splints, and nail repair or removal. Sports physicals are $30.

    1. Because, Coronavirus still exists. Additionally, i hope you have realized that there are more vurnable children added to the population every day. Some of which have started to go to school and could put their friends at risk. Please use your brain next time?
