Bloomie’s, the boutique version of Bloomingdale’s, opened in Mosaic with a block party featuring a DJ, street games, gift-with-purchase deals, fashion sketches, free customization, and happy hour specials at Colada Shop, the Cuban café in the store. Those specials are available until 6 p.m. today.
