Eakin Park tennis courts close for renovations
Eakin Park [Keith Pham] The tennis courts at Eakin Community Park in Annandale are closing for a makeover, the Fairfax County Park Authority announced. The work will include new court surfacing, nets, and fencing and should take about six weeks.
Annandale Civic Space would be a step toward revitalization

Live summer concerts return in July
The Mason District Park amphitheater. The Fairfax County Park Authority’s free outdoor summer concert series is back this year, starting in July. The Spotlight by Starlight concerts include performances Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 7:30 p.m. and children’s shows Saturdays at 10 a.m. at the amphitheater at Mason District Park.
